A British driver born on 25 September 1987 in Harrogate, Darren Leung has established himself as a rising figure in GT endurance racing. In 2023 he won the British GT Championship in the GT3 class alongside Dan Harper, before claiming the Bronze Cup title in the 2024 GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup. That same year he made his FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) debut with Team WRT at the wheel of a BMW M4 GT3, taking a class win at the 6 Hours of Imola and a second place in LMGT3 at the 2024 24 Hours of Le Mans.
