Jake Hughes is a British racing driver born on 30 May 1994 in Birmingham. After winning the BRDC Formula 4 Championship in 2013, he climbed the single-seater ladder through GP3, Formula 3 and Formula 2 (2020-2022). From 2023 to 2025 he raced in the Formula E championship with McLaren and then Maserati MSG Racing, scoring a career-best finish of fourth in the 2023-24 season. He also serves as McLaren's Formula 1 simulator driver and Mahindra's Formula E reserve driver.
