Jules Gounon, a French driver born on 31 December 1994 in Aubenas, is the son of former racing driver Jean-Marc Gounon. After progressing from karting to single-seaters, he established himself as one of the leading specialists in GT endurance racing. A factory driver for Bentley and then Mercedes-AMG, his achievements include two victories at the 24 Hours of Spa (2017 and 2022) and three at the Bathurst 12 Hour (2020, 2022, 2023), as well as a class win at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 2023.
