Julian Hanses is a German racing driver born on 31 August 1997 in Hilden. An FIA Silver-rated driver, he began his career in single-seaters (ADAC Formula 4, Euroformula Open, Formula 3 championships) before moving into GT and endurance racing. He competed in the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany and ADAC GT4 Germany, and went on to win the 2025 Middle East Trophy title. A GT3 endurance driver, he has raced with teams including Mühlner Motorsport and Iron Lynx. In 2026 he contests the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the LMGT3 category, driving the Mercedes-AMG LMGT3 number 62 entered by Team Qatar By Iron Lyn
