Lenny Ried is a German racing driver born on 1 July 2007 in Ehingen. Coming from an endurance racing family, he is the son of Christian Ried, a regular in the FIA World Endurance Championship. After a karting career highlighted by a win in the OK category of the ADAC Kart Masters in 2022, he moved into single-seaters, competing in the Formula Winter Series, the Spanish F4 Championship and Eurocup-3. In 2025-2026 he made his prototype debut in the Asian Le Mans Series in the LMP3 class. In 2026 he contests the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the first time with Proton Competition, driving the number 9
