Nyck de Vries, born in 1995 in Sneek, the Netherlands, is one of the most decorated Dutch drivers of his generation. World karting champion in 2010-11, Formula 2 champion in 2019 and Formula E world champion in 2020-21 with Mercedes EQ, he also raced in Formula 1 at the 2022 Italian Grand Prix with Williams, scoring on a surprise debut. At the 24 Hours of Le Mans he has competed in several editions in LMP2, notably winning the class in 2021 with WRT.
