A French driver born on 7 July 1988 in Orgeval, Paul Lafargue is one of the leading figures of the LMP2 category. The son of Patrice Lafargue, founder of the IDEC group, he is a founding member of the IDEC Sport team, to which he has remained loyal since its creation in 2015. He has become one of the most solid competitors in the prototype class and clinched the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) LMP2 title in 2019. In 2026, he takes part in the 24 Hours of Le Mans at the wheel of the ORECA 07-Gibson number 28 entered by IDEC Sport in the LMP2 category.
