Robin Frijns, born in 1991 in Maastricht, is a Dutch driver with a varied career. Formula Renault 2.0 champion in 2011 and Formula Renault 3.5 champion in 2012, he was a Formula 1 test driver with Caterham and Sauber before turning to DTM with Audi and then BMW. A BMW works driver since 2023, he joined the Hypercar programme with M Team WRT in the M Hybrid V8 LMDh from its FIA WEC launch.
