Romain Dumas, a French driver born on 14 December 1977 in Alès, is one of the great names of modern endurance racing. A two-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, he triumphed in 2010 in the Audi R15 TDI plus and again in 2016 in the Porsche 919 Hybrid, the year he also claimed the FIA WEC World Championship title. A Porsche factory driver since 2004, he has also won the 24 Hours of Spa, the Nürburgring 24 Hours and shone at Pikes Peak with five overall victories. In 2026 he contests the 24 Hours of Le Mans with his own team, RD Limited, driving the number 48 ORECA 07-Gibson entered in the LM
