Ryo Hirakawa, born in 1994 in Kobe, is a versatile Japanese driver. Super Formula champion in 2017 and Super GT champion in 2017 with Toyota, he joined the Toyota Gazoo Racing endurance programme in 2022. FIA WEC world champion in 2022 and 2023, winner of the 2022 24 Hours of Le Mans in the Toyota GR010 Hybrid alongside Sébastien Buemi and Brendon Hartley, he quickly established himself as a cornerstone of the Japanese programme.
